Several employees of GM’s Arlington Assembly Plant are featured in a special television commercial produced by the Arlington Convention and Visitors Bureau. The commercial is in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Texas Rangers Major League Baseball franchise.

The commercial debuted during the Rangers’ Opening Day festivities earlier this month and will be played during a majority of the team’s home games this season.

The plant’s employees play a special role in the commercial when they pass a baseball to one of the NBA’s most popular players, Dallas Mavericks forward Dirk Nowitzki.

Good video. Glad to see the Arlington plant will be sticking around for the next generation of Chevy and GMC SUV production.
