It’s hard to put the #ChevySXSW experience into words, so we thought we’d showcase our time at SX in some pictures we snapped along the way!
Volt Lounge – Our recharge area located right inside the Austin Convention Center.
Catch A Chevy – A free, cab-like service that offered rides around the city throughout SXSW Music, Film and Interactive in new Chevrolet Cruzes.
Qrank – Trivia game with SXSW-specific questions to play on-the-go around the city during the festival.
Connect with Chevy – These power strips were located all over the Convention Center for conference-goers to recharge during those hectic, panel-filled days.
Microsoft Kinect – We had the new Kinect Joy Ride, featuring the Chevy Volt, set up to play in our Volt Lounge as a break from all the panels.
Black Cards’ Pete Wentz and Bebe Rexha took the stage as our final act of the Chevy Showcase on Wednesday. (See our backstage interview with Black Cards and the other indie bands on Chevrolet’s YouTube page.)
Drive A Chevy – Test drives were a’ plenty! We had many vehicles from our latest line-up ready for a spin around town.
Auditorium Shores – We were at this free, outdoor concert on Thursday night with the Volt, Camaro and Cruze in tow to hear bands like the Strokes play for SX attendees and local Austinites. This event drew in record-setting attendance.
And finally – it’s not every day Panic! at the Disco makes a human pyramid with Jackass star, Bam Margera. Thought we’d throw this one in for fun!
Since we had such a great time at this year’s SXSW, we wanted to know: were you at SX? Tell us – what was your favorite part? Leave us a comment below or tweet us a picture at @ChevyTexan.
