The Austin food scene has really exploded over the last few years, bringing some of the best chefs in the country into town to test their skills.

This made Austin the perfect host city for the annual conference of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP). The goal of IACP is to provide a forum for “development and exchange of information, knowledge, and inspiration within the professional food and beverage community.” The Annual Conference consisted of national level programming, and some local programming.

Who better to show them around Texas’ Food Capital than an all-star group of Austin Foodies? Chevy was only too happy to make sure they were rolling in style during the conference.
