Change Up on the Field

Hey, batter batter! It isn’t summertime in Texas without a little…scratch that…without a LOT of baseball.

That’s why we were out in Weatherford last Thursday with the Weatherford Little League Association (WLLA) to help unveil a brand new scoreboard, funded by Jerry’s Chevrolet in Weatherford.
The ‘Chevy Day’ started at 8am when the WLLA teams arrived to prepare for their day-long baseball clinic. We even provided them with fancy Chevy-branded eye black stickers to help them rock the field.

We also brought with us a Chevy Silverado HD, Traverse, Equinox, Cruze, Camaro Convertible, and two electric Volts for use during our FUNDrive event for parents and coaches. 

Like similar FUNDrive events we’ve held in the past, Chevy donated $20 to the WLLA for each test drive taken on Thursday, up to 150 test drives.
